If you are running build 3.5.0.0 or higher (See Help\About to check the version number), you can install this new update on top of your existing application. License status will be automatically acknowledged.

If you are running an older version, please install this update release in a separate folder and request a new license key to support@webbudget.com. Once licensed, you can uninstall the old one.

What's new in version 3.9.0.0:

- Support for UTF-8 encoded (Unicode) files. This means that now you can easily work with XML MSOffice documents and multilingual html/XML pages.

- Now, when you open and extract a utf-8 document, it will be automatically detected and presented with readable characters in the Translation panel, according to the fonts/charset selected. Once translated or edited, the content will be transferred back and automatically converted to utf-8 encoding.

- Support of Double-byte languages as target languages (only if running Windows 2000/XP).

- The option to translate entities is now split into 'Translate entities on extract' and 'Translate entities on transfer'. Character entities supported: character (e.g.: ©), decimal (©) and hexadecimal (©). Splitting the initial option will allow you to fine tune the profiles and work more comfortably, specially with Unicode files and/or Asian Languages.

- New option 'Include styles', specially featured to extract potentially translatable content from XML files generated by MSOffice.

- Added predefined profiles for UTF-8 and XML-Office documents.

- Extended Unicode support for Translation panel, Glossary, search boxes and Quote images module.

- Filtering behavior improved in Glossary window: It permits the usage of regular expressions and filtered data is only available within the Glossary window, so you cannot inadvertently lock or limit the database for translation.

- Introduced a pre-validation rule to detect "free" translatable text in ALT and META, not enclosed between inverted commas

-Enhanced navigation within segments.

- Simplified options for HTML export: Complex print settings such as 'table style tags' have been removed. A customized layout is easier to generate using the powerful built-in custom reporting system, based on HTML templates.

- Settings using decimal figures are now capped to 2 digits.

- Search functions extended to both the source and target column in the Translation panel.

- Added security warning on exiting the application.

- Plenty of internal code enhancements to increase performance and productivity.

Miscellaneous

• Program window can be resized from a fixed minimum to the maximum allowed by your screen.
• If you use the mouse to insert proposals from the new Glossary panel (Autosearch), the focus is now returned to the target column to speed up editing process.
• When you save the source file, the original extension is presented by default.
• Fixed problem: Some parts of PHP code were incorrectly parsed under certain conditions.

Licensing

• Improved license system stability and security in all supported platforms.
• Upon registration, a new license backup file is generated for your convenience.

WorldType allows Unicode fonts to be grouped into individual modules the cover the customer’s required language support.
